About Fybr · experience, connected

The whole picture.
Put together.

Finance, development and operations rarely move in isolation. Fybr brings them together, so the next decision is grounded in how the whole business works.

The experience behind the approach

Built across projects.
Connected through practice.

Fybr draws on finance leadership, involvement in multiple developments, foreign-investment advisory work and the realities of running hospitality businesses in Indonesia.

01 / INVESTMENT & FEASIBILITY

Make the moving parts make sense.

Helping streamline foreign investment into Indonesia means connecting the commercial plan with the practical steps. Financial feasibility, funding requirements and coordination with local specialists give investors a clearer route from an idea to a workable project.

02 / DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY

Keep the project connected.

Experience across hotel and villa developments spans feasibility, design coordination, contractor selection, financial control and opening. It means understanding how one decision affects the budget, the programme and the people delivering the work.

03 / ANALYSIS & PROBLEM SOLVING

Find what is holding things up.

Follow the work, the money and the information. Identify bottlenecks, repeated tasks and gaps between systems, then work out whether the answer is a clearer process, a better control or something worth building.

04 / SYSTEMS & OPERATIONS

Make the everyday work better.

Purpose-built systems bring together reporting, reconciliation, rates and guest feedback for an operating hotel group. The practical test is whether they reduce chasing, reveal exceptions and help people make better decisions.

Why Fybr exists

The gaps between
are where we work.

A financial model can be sound while the project around it is disconnected. A property can be busy while its reporting hides the question an owner needs answered.

Fybr grew out of working across those gaps: analysing the numbers, coordinating the pieces, finding the constraint and building a practical way through it.

That experience shapes every engagement. We look at how the parts depend on each other, agree what needs attention, and build the connections that make the work easier to run.

The foundation

Financial discipline.
Practical experience.

Fybr was founded by Jamie Whitson, a PwC-trained former Head of Finance with a decade of finance leadership across property, hospitality and entertainment.

His work combines financial feasibility and foreign-investment coordination across developments in Indonesia with hands-on delivery and hospitality operations. Fybr brings that experience together with the systems and methods developed along the way.

How we work

A wider view.
A defined role.

We work alongside owners, project teams and specialist advisers, with clear responsibilities and a scope built around the decision at hand.

Start with the real problem

We examine the information, workflow and constraints before recommending a solution. A simpler process or an existing tool may be all that is needed.

Make the assumptions visible

Figures trace to a source or a stated assumption. Missing evidence stays visible. The scope distinguishes financial and operational work from legal, tax, technical and other specialist advice.

Keep decisions with the right people

Responsibilities and approvals are agreed before work begins. Automated collection and analysis support judgement; they do not replace the person accountable for the decision.

Stay on the owner’s side

We check conflicts before accepting an engagement, decline work within the hotel group’s competitive set, and put the no-operate boundary in writing.
