Legal
Terms of use.
Plain terms for using this website.
This page is a plain-English summary, updated 16 July 2026. The written terms that accompany each engagement take precedence.
What this site is
This website describes the services Fybr offers to owners of independent hospitality and property. It is information about what we do, not the doing of it. Each engagement runs on its own written terms, agreed and signed before work starts, and nothing on this site forms part of a contract.
No reliance, no advice
The content here is general. It is not financial, legal, tax or operational advice for your situation, and the figures and examples describe our method rather than your property. Do not make decisions on the strength of a web page; if you want our read on your specific position, that is what an engagement is for.
Intellectual property
The text, design, wordmark and imagery on this site belong to us. You may read it, link to it and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Use the site as a visitor would. Do not scrape it at volume, misuse the forms, probe or attempt to disrupt the hosting, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and, to the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Liability inside an engagement is dealt with in that engagement's written terms.
Contracting entity and governing law
The contracting entity and the governing law for any engagement are stated in that engagement's written terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date in the note at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
