What this site collects, why, who processes it, and how to have it removed.
This page is a plain-English summary, updated 16 July 2026. The written terms that accompany each engagement take precedence.
The short version
We collect what you type into our forms and standard analytics about how the site is used. We use it to reply to you and to improve the site. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing. Email us and we remove it.
What we collect
- Form submissions. Your email address, the property or project name you give, your website address, and which service you asked about. Each form runs an hCaptcha check to filter out automated submissions.
- Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies and records usage data such as pages visited, browser and device type, and approximate location. This site uses analytics cookies; you can block or clear them in your browser at any time.
- Email. If you write to us, we hold the correspondence in our mailbox.
Why we collect it
To reply about the check or service you asked about, and to see which pages are read so we can improve the site. We do not build marketing lists from it.
Who processes it
A small set of providers run this site, and each touches only what its job needs:
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our mailbox.
- Google Analytics processes usage data and sets the analytics cookies.
- hCaptcha runs the anti-bot check on our forms.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and obscures email addresses on the page to reduce scraping.
- Hostinger provides our mailbox.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and email stay in our mailbox while we deal with your enquiry and as a record of the conversation, and are deleted when you ask. Analytics data is held on Google's standard retention schedule and is used in aggregate.
No resale, no third-party marketing
We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone for marketing. They go to the providers above so the site and mail work, and nowhere else.
Having your data removed
Email [email protected] and we will delete your details from our mailbox and records, and confirm when it is done.
Client data in engagements
This page covers the website. How client data is handled inside an engagement is summarised on the data processing page and governed by the written agreement that accompanies the engagement.
